Post Game Jam Changes

Small update post game jam adding some of the suggestions I got from others.

Patch Notes:

Made the title screen less green

Broke up the tiles in the store more

Rebalanced the restocking of food by:

                  Changing the time between restocks from 30sec to 45sec

                   Making the chance a shelf gets restocked less likely
